Designed by Sergio Guadarrama and Kade Johnson the collection “Preservation of the Arctic” is a passionate narrative of what humanity is doing to the Arctic. The Arctic is a natural sanctuary, one the whole world needs now more than ever. What most people do not know is that the polar ice is the planet’s air conditioning system. It balances weather patterns globally so that humanity can have the food and resources needed to survive. It provides the oxygen needed and plays a crucial role in how humanity can sustain the future. The intention and goal of each piece created is to make the viewer feel and see what is taking place with the Arctic as each design is showcased. The collection is designed to embody the emotion that is taking place, the angelicness and the purity of the Arctic and how it’s something that is often taken for granted but when it is in front of each viewer its beauty and what it has to offer from ice to water is appreciated. As a sustainable company our goal as an atelier is to provide education and awareness through the craft of design. To spread a message about making a difference with art and encouraging others to take the necessary steps to make change for good.
