It was a beautiful experience getting to work with Aida Rodriguez designing her look for her HBO Max comedy special “Fighting Words”. When I sat down to chat with Aida I asked her what her design inspiration was and where it stems from. She wanted to have a look designed that infused her Indigenous Taíno ancestry of the Caribbean culture and a spice of Celia Cruz brought together to create her look.
